After losing nearly 15 pounds between Halloween 2019 and January 31, 2020, I got way off track when the Covid-19 pandemic started, and gained 20 pounds. Also, as you can see on the charts, I had another lapse between October 2020 and April 2021, but seem to be back on track now. I really need to turn my health around to reduce the chance of dying at an early age like my father did. He was only 54.
I'm doing this without starvation dieting, and just reducing my intake of high-fat and high-calorie foods. I'm still taking in at least 1250 calories, 100 grams of protein, and 64 ounces of water per day. I've also increased physical activity, which at this point is just walking after breakfast and lunch, and dynamic tension self-resistance exercises.
